I always sprout seeds, especially in the winter. I add them to sandwiches, salads, soups, or even eat as snacks! I normally just use a mason jar with a piece or cheese cloth or a little screen material under the jar ring/cap to allow me to rinse and drain daily until they sprout.

Leftover Oatmeal PancakesI make a larger serving of steel cut oatmeal to have quick breakfasts throughout my week. Sometimes, I'll use some of it by frying some up in an oiled pan as pancakes! It is purely oatmeal. I do add cinnamon and added blueberries to my oatmeal after I make it but nothing else different is added.
