I often buy several pairs of the same color of socks so that if one sock of the pair wears out, there will still be several mates.

Hanging Clothes in a Wire Rack Closet
When hanging my clothes in my closet on the wire rack, instead of hanging them on the bottom bar where the clothes get all scrunched up together, I hang them on the top bar, placing one hanger in the space between each of the cross bars.

A Hook for Empty Hangers in the Closet

Hang Purses By Binder Rings In Closet

Simple Shelf to Organize Shoes
An easy project with three pieces of wood can help organize that pile of shoes at the bottom of your closet. My darling husband constructed this simple shelf, at my request, and his shoes and boots are manageable and tidy. I asked him to make one for my closet too.

Save Time and Money by Organizing Your Closet
If you organize your wardrobe you'll save time, money, and avoid clutter. I hang clothing by type, season, then color. For example, long sleeve tops in one corner of the wardrobe, skirts in another, short sleeved tops, pants, and jackets in another section.
