Gooseberry SaladMix the two packages of gelatin with the water, sugar and vinegar. Chill until partially set. Drain the gooseberries, reserving the juice. To the juice, add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid.

Pork Chops and Dressing BakeBrown chops and place in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients with pork chop drippings. Add enough water to cover top of pork chops.

Decorating With Beach GlassWhat can be done with a $1 bag of beach glass? Use it for a little decorating in a plain place. My bathroom is so plain. I am doing what I can when I feel like it. I decided to attach beach glass around my plain mirror to try to make it a little more interesting!
