Almond Chocolate Cookies
Cookies with melted chocolate. Good as a teatime treat. Cream the butter and sugar and add water, mix until smooth and creamy. Add flour and mix well and form into a soft dough.

Citrus Flavored Sugar
Store the flavored sugar in an airtight container. If you refrigerate it will last for several months. The sky is the limit on how you would like to use the completed mixtures :-)

Green Beans Curry

Egg Chutney
Eggs with a tomato base. Add oil to your pan. When heated, add the onion till lightly brown. Add the green chillies and after a minute add the spices and stir not to burn the spices.

Homemade Nilla Wafers with a Fun Twist
Had fun adjusting two completely different recipes and using both together. With an electric mixer, cream butter, salt, sugar and vanilla seeds. Beat in egg white. Beat in extract and milk until mixed.
