Fried Eggplant Was Too Oily?I just fried-up some eggplants for the 1st time. They soaked-up the oil like sponges. I put down some newspaper, on top of that a whole bunch of Scott towels, then the eggplants. They drenched everything with oil, and were still so greasy, they were not edible. I also made sure to drain the water out of my eggplants overnight.

Turning Bergamot Oil Hairdress Into a Hand Cream?I bought a pot of Jurgen's Bergamot Oil Hairdress, and all though my hair is very dry, I found it way too greasy to use. Since it comes all the way from the U.S. its not cheap here in Malta. I was wondering if I could add something to it so I could turn it into a hand cream. The main ingredients are bergamot oil, other oils and petroleum gel and it also contains paraffin oil. Any suggestions please, or should I just toss it, which would be a shame!

Hot Water Smells Like Burned Rubber?Why does my hot water smell like burned rubber for the first 10 seconds that I run it. It is in a newly-built cottage with all new plumbing and a new water heater. Computer's F11 Key Doesn't Work?My F11 button on my computer does not work 99% of the time. Because of recent updates on my computer, most of the time the box to write the chat in while playing games is all but cut off. The button doesn't work unless by chance. There is a link to do it another way, but that is only on screens with the tool bars at the top. The game page doesn't have those links. Anyone have any other suggestions? If we get the screen to enlarge , it surprises us so much we don't remember how we did it.

Leather Sandals Squeak When I Walk?I have a pair of leather sandals that squeak when I walk. I have tried rubbing hand cream in, but that didn't work. I think the problem is that I can't get the cream in between the lining and sole as it is stitched all around. It squeaks when I bend the sole up with my hands.
