Tomato and Herb SoupIn large saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat. Add onion, cook and stir until tender, but not browned. Add tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, basil, thyme, salt and pepper; stir well and bring to a boil.
Savory Parmesan BiscuitsPreheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pour butter into 8 or 9 inch round cake pan; tilt pan to evenly coat bottom of pan. Sprinkle evenly with onion; oregano and basil.
Garlic Sour Cream Mashed PotatoesCut potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Place potatoes and garlic in 2 qt. saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a boil over high heat. Cover; reduce heat and cook 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
One-Step Pound CakePreheat oven to 325 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients on low speed of electric mixer until blended. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes.
