Custard BiscuitsSo yummy! Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C) degrees. Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in custard powder. Add flour and make a dough.
Cream of Broccoli SoupCook onion, broccoli, and potato in chicken broth until tender. Then puree in blender for 2 minutes. Return to pan and add milk and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
Chicken and Dressing CasseroleThis recipe calls for chicken, but it is a great way to use left over turkey from the holiday meals as well. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute' onion, celery and mushroom in margarine until semi-tender. Add soups and evaporated milk and heat through.
Spiced Pineapple Raisin Rum Bread PuddingCombine pineapple, milk, and bread in a mixing bowl. Stir together and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the
mixture into a lightly oiled 9x9 inch baking pan.
Sweet and Sour WienersAnother finger food that can be made ahead and is popular at parties. Combine last 6 ingredients, stir over med. heat until it thickens. Cool. Slice weiners in 1 and 1/2 inch pieces and add to sauce. Marinate overnight.
