Antipasto SaladIf you're like me you'll want to make up extra because it will keep up to a week in the fridge for more meals. The best part is that it tastes even better after marinating a day or two.

Chicken RollsA great finger food, keep lots in the freezer for gatherings. Combine ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes. Roll bread slices with rolling pin. Place 2 Tbsp. filling on each slice.

Cracker Barrel's "Fried" ApplesFor Cracker Barrel restaurant lovers. In a large skillet, melt bacon drippings. Pour apples evenly into the skillet. Sprinkle with lemon juice, brown sugar and salt.

Lamb CurryCurry that can be eaten with roti, puri, rice or made into a bunny.

Cheese DreamsA popular finger food at get togethers that freezes well. Butter each slice of bread and cut in four equal parts. Sprinkle cheese over each quarter. Place pieces of partly cooked bacon cut to fit over each quarter.

Instant Potato Soup Mix I don't remember where I got this recipe but people who usually doesn't like potato soup, likes this. I really like this recipe because you can add spices you like and it's real fast, and good. This is easily doubled. Be great for gifts.

Strawberry Almond SlicesA teatime treat with strawberry filling. For the base. Cream butter and sugar till well blended. Add beaten egg and add flour gradually and making a soft dough. Roll on floured surface and spread on a greased tray.

Chocolate Peanut Crackle ClustersVery tasty. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly oil a wooden spoon. Place sugar in a medium saucepan with water and lemon juice. Set over high heat, swirling pan until sugar is dissolved.

Panera Tomato Mozzarella Salad (Copycat)All I can say is 'Yum'! Cut bread into four wedges, place on plate. Gently toss tomatoes, basil and red onion together.

Savory Sausage Rolls Kids and adults love this at parties. Place sausage mince in the large bowl. Then add the tomato sauce, and onion. Give a quick stir. Add in the frozen veges and more tomato sauce. if you think it needs it.

Spud and Onion BakeI love how the potatoes absorb the flavor of the onions in this recipe. Cut 4 squares of foil and place on baking sheet. Peel potatoes and cut into 4 crosswise slices. Spread each with butter.

Carrabba's Italian Grill Bread Dip Mix (Copycat)Even if not exact it's close enough and oh so yummy! Enough for 8 servings. Store spice mix in an airtight container.

Fudge BrowniesI like this recipe because it's inexpensive, easy and the brownies are moist and fudgy. Plus, clean up is a snap. You dirty one pan, 1 baking dish and 1 mixing spoon.

Leftover Turkey CasseroleA yummy way to use up Thanksgiving and/or Christmas leftovers. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix stuffing and 1/4 cup onions in a medium bowl and spoon stuffing mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish, gently pressing along the bottom.
