This is my granny's old house. So many fun times were spent here as a child, and so much was learned. It makes me smile every time I look at this picture. I hope you do, too.

Goat (New Delhi, India)While traveling in Northern India this January, I took a picture of these goats in New Delhi who were dressed for the rather chilly temperatures there. People keep goats right in the city where they forage for food-mainly market scraps and garbage.

Lizard (Tenerife, Scotland)I love how they blend into their surroundings. I find that now some of them take on their own personalities. I have a different species that lives in my hut and a much smaller one, again a different kind again, that likes to eat bits of my gluten free chocolate chip cookies.

Tulip Tree
Tulip TreeOur tulip tree has already began to bloom. The bloom comes first and then the leaves. Once the leaves have come out the tree seems to bloom all over again. Looking closely, you can see a bee doing it's job of pollinating.

Scenery: Snowy BirdfeederI had to go out and knock the snow off of the wooden birdfeeder in my yard. It looked like a little ski chalet with the snow accumulated on the roof and sides, but I didn't want an avalanche to fall on any small birds still eating the suet in it.
