I love these served with a red wine vinaigrette salad and some crusty bread with unsalted butter. This recipe is great for boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs too.

Macaroni CreoleI have no idea why this is called "creole", since it is very mild. It's good, plain home cooking, which I consider some of the best. It's all in one pan, too.

Keep Cookies SoftAdd a slice of bread to any kind of cookies. The cookies will pull the moisture from the bread and soften. Every year I add a slice of bread to my Christmas cookies. It works wonderfully.
