Corn and Rice CasseroleSaute' onion, green pepper and celery in butter in skillet until brown. Add pimento, corn and sugar. Beat egg with rice in bowl. Add to corn mixture; mix well.

Italian Sausage LasagnaBrown ground beef and onion. Slices garlic and add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, tomato paste, water and tomato sauce to meat. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles as label directs. Drain and cover with cold water.

Sausages and ApplesCore and slice apples; do not peel. Layer apples and brown sugar in 2 qt. casserole. Cook rice using package directions. Spoon into casserole. Pour boiling water over sausages.

Crockpot JambalayaStir the stock, Creole seasoning, pepper, onion, celery, tomatoes (or Manwich). Then add all except last 4 ingredients. Add sausage, chicken and rice in a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.

Grouper or Snapper with Sweet PeppersIn a small bowl, combine soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour 1/4 cup marinade in a resealable plastic bag, and add fish. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
