Helping a Live Oak Tree
My husband and I are having trouble with our Live Oaks in our front yard. The couple that lived here before us had them planted when they moved in but obviously did not take care in raising them. They are straggly and just now growing properly. My neighbor came over and trimmed some of the dead branches and some of it is slowly coming back.

Decorated Baby Cake For Shower

Cotton Ball and a Spoon Game
Fill a large bowl with cotton balls. Give each player a spoon and place a target bowl or container for each player a short distance away. The person who carries the most cotton balls in a spoon to his/her bowl wins.
Kentucky Cornbread Salad
Place cornbread cubes or crumbles in a large salad bowl. Combine tomatoes, onion, green pepper, bacon and relish; add to cornbread.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking pan with non-stick pan spray. In a pie pan or shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs, cheese, basil or oregano, S&P. Set aside.
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook, covered, 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Drain in a colander.
