Coconut Pecan BarsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F degrees. Lightly grease 8-inch-square baking pan. Sift 1 cup flour with salt. Add 1/4 cup sugar.

 

French Mint PieCrush Zwieback. Add butter and sugar. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate and cool. Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time.

 

Broccoli QuicheVegetable quiche is very healthy.

 

Dad's Favorite HamburgerMom made this up because dad needed a healthier Burger. Mix all ingredients, except salt, in a bowl and form patties. Use the 1/8 teaspoon salt to sprinkle in a hot iron skillet and fry to sear both sides, then turn fire down to finish cooking.<

 

Quick and Easy MacaroonsSimple and delicious - for the real coconut lover. Combine coconut with flour in a mixing bowl. Add egg white and stir until entire mixture is moistened. Drop by teaspoonful onto a baking sheet.

 

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Squares Cut cookie dough in 1/4 inch slices and arrange in 2 layers on bottom of greased 8-9 inch square pan. Cookies will spread to make 1 layer. Bake 15-20 minutes; until puffy (as per oven temperature on package).

 

Cheeseburger SkilletIn skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Pour off fat. Stir in soups and water; add potatoes. Heat and stir. Serves 6.
