- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cans whole potatoes, drained, sliced
In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Pour off fat. Stir in soups and water; add potatoes. Heat and stir. Serves 6.
