Longhorn Potato Soup
Saute celery and onions in margarine in a large pot until tender, but not brown. Add potatoes, carrots, water, bouillon or granules, salt, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper.
Layer sauerkraut, tomato slices, dressing, corned beef, and cheese in a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
Don't forget to bake for the cat! Mix dry ingredients together. Add molasses, egg, oil, and milk. Roll out flat onto oiled cookie sheet and cut into small, cat bite-sized pieces.
