Nutty Bulgar WheatFinely chop onions and fry in the oil. Add almonds, pine nuts, and sesame seeds. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Rinse bulgar wheat and add to nuts. Pour in the stock and add seasoning to taste.

 

Apple CakeBeat sugar and eggs together for 3 minutes. Add oil. Add remaining dry ingredients; beat on high for two minutes. Add the apples, raisins, and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
