Nutty Bulgar Wheat

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. flaked almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 8 oz. Bulgar wheat
  • 1 pint chicken stock
    Advertisement

  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover with clean kitchen towel. Set aside for 10 minutes Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
