Easy and so good! Mix the brownies according to directions for the cake like brownies. Put in cupcake liners in muffin pan. Bake according to directions, usually about 30 minutes.

Ham MeatballsHere is a way to use some of that left over Easter ham. Feel free to vary the meat amounts. Mix and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in greased oven pan and make the sauce to put over them. Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees F.

Horseradish PicklesI got this from my sister-in-law and it is a good way to use up your old home canned pickles. If you don't can your own you can buy them and make them.

Lemon Chicken Pasta Toss Stir the cornstarch, stock, lemon juice, mustard and pepper in a medium bowl until the mixture is smooth.

Snow Leopard CocktailI like this because it is very creamy, if you make it right. Stir the Sagatiba and amaretto in a mixing glass filled with cubed ice. Strain into a martini glass.

Oriental Dipping SauceA basic dipping sauce for won tons, pot stickers, dumplings and much, much more! Experiment to your own taste by adding a tad bit of grated fresh ginger or minced garlic or honey or even hot pepper it up.

Skillet SupperQuick and easy. What could be better? Wash and scrub one potato, peel if you want, I don't, cut into 1/2 inch squares, fry for a couple of minutes. If you use hash browns add the same time as hamburger.

Chicken And NoodlesThis is a very old recipe! Cook chicken with onion, parsley and salt until tender. Remove meat from bones. Return meat to broth; should be about 1 qt. broth, add water, if necessary.
