Recipe: Coconut Crusted Marshmallows

Here is a super simple way to make your own marshmallows at home. They are so much better than the store-bought variety and no corn syrup is added.

Cheeseball Heaven Mix this very well until smooth and let set for 10-15 minutes. Mix again and form into a ball and roll in your favorite nuts.

Buffalo Tuna WrapsI am sure you know by now that I love hot and spicy. I had some albacore tuna that had an expiration date that needed to be used up. I was going to make a tuna sandwich, but just was in the mood for spicy so, "Why not Buffalo Tuna?"

Angeles Cocktail DrinkShake all ingredients with ice, strain into a whiskey sour glass, and serve drink.
