Bread PuddingCombine the bread crumbs, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and margarine together. Add the raisins and vanilla. Pour into a well greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until firm.

 

Baby Marrow and Mushroom CurryCurry to be served with rice, roti, puri or naan.

 

Corned Beef SaladHeat tomato soup. Add softened cream cheese. Stir until cheese is almost melted. Dissolve gelatin in water and add this and all other ingredients to soup and cheese mixture.

 

Quick Crescent Taco PieBrown ground beef; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water; simmer for 5 minutes. Separate crescent dough into triangles in ungreased 9 or 10 inch pie pan, pressing to form crust.

 

Skillet Cheese and Salsa ChickenCook pasta al dente as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium high heat and add chicken. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in salsa, corn and peppers.
