Prize Winning Peach Coffee CakeThis recipe took first prize in 1990 at the San Bernardino County Fair in Victorville, CA. It is a fairly quick and easy coffee cake to put together and is one of my family's favorites.

Tuna Cheese TwistHeat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix tuna (drained), celery, green pepper, onion, 1/4 cup soup, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Baby Ruth BarsHeat sugars and syrups and stir until boiling. Remove; add peanut butter. Pour over cornflakes and peanuts.

Sausage PilafBrown sausage; drain off fat. Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Combine remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and margarine. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.

Surprise Skillet DinnerPat 3/4 of ground beef in bottom of cold electric skillet. Brown the remaining 1/4 ground beef and set aside. Layer vegetables over meat in skillet. Cover with soup spreading soup to edges of skillet.

Dandelion SaladWash and chop dandelion. Cut bacon in pieces and fry crisp. Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids and pour into skillet. Cook until thickened.
