Sante Fe BurritosWe typically assemble these over the stove to each person's preference. They make great leftovers for work.

 

Scalloped Potatoes with Pork ChopsBrown chops in hot fat. Place 1/2 the potatoes in bottom of deep cake pan. Top with cheese slices. Add the rest of the potatoes. Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

 

Pumpkin CookiesCream margarine and sugar. Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Add nuts and dates. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 12-15 minutes.

Pan Fried Greek PotatoesCook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium high heat until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon to paper towel reserving drippings in skillet.

 

Chilly Outside and Chili InsideBrown suet. Add flour and brown as for gravy. Add onions and cook until soft. Add beef and cook until it loses it's red color. Add seasonings, tomatoes, beans, and water.

Once together, I thought of a way to hang zip lock bags for craft supplies so I can see what is in them. I got a medium binder clip and hung it through the cross wires and it works perfectly!
