How much molasses would you use to replace two tablespoons of sugar?

I am not so sure it's a good idea to replace the sugar with any kind of molasses because it could greatly change the flavor of just about any recipe but if you want to give it a try I would say to reduce down to at least 1 1/2 tablespoons or less.
