Denim And Pink Recycled QuiltHere's another denim craft to make. I love to recycle. Fun to recreate lovely things. I made this out of old jeans and feed bags. The one side the seams do not show, the other side they do and are cut with a scissors and washed in order to make it fringe more.

Keeping Rotary Rules from Slipping?My rotary rulers slip when I am cutting a quilt patch. I cannot afford to buy the new non-slip rulers. A friend said to glue small squares of very fine sandpaper on the bottom of the rulers. Where do I glue the small squares of sandpaper and what glue do I use? Is there another method for making the rulers non-sliping?

Reusing Down Feathers?Reusing Old Quilt Feathers: I have 2 old (40 yrs plus) feather quilts (type unknown) which have been in storage for about 20 years due to their deteriorated stitching and sentimental value. I'd like to reuse the feathers but can't visualize myself doing so in a feather "storm" while perhaps making a lap robe or some pillows of questionable value (to say nothing of wasted time).
