Greek FriesYou can cook this on grill or in oven in 12 inch foil pan covered with foil. Start with layer of potatoes on bottom. Salt and pepper. Add ham or bacon or both on top of potatoes. Add pepper and onion next and keep layering like this until pan is full.
Pineapple Boat Fruit SaladCut pineapple in 1/2 (lengthwise). Dice the pineapple and discard the core. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, strawberries, bananas, kiwi and mandarin oranges together.
Blueberry DessertButter a 9 inch baking dish. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except the whipped cream or ice cream. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Poppy Seed ChickenSteam the chicken in about 1 inch of water approximately 30 minutes. Let it cool and remove the chicken from the bone. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Combine the chicken, with the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream and put in a 9x13 inch dish.
Spinach Lentil SoupIn a large saucepan, saute carrots and onion in oil until tender. Add the water, salsa, lentils, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 50-60 minutes or until lentils are tender.
Easy Apple CrostataHeat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove pie crust from pouch; place flat on ungreased cookie sheet. In medium bowl, mix 1/4 cup Splenda granulated, the cornstarch and cinnamon. Gently stir in apples.
Orange Raisin SquaresMix first three ingredients together and let stand until cool. Cream together remaining ingredients. Add raisin mixture. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees F oven for 25 minutes.

Sweet Pumpkin TreatHere's a sweet pumpkin treat that doesn't need a pie shell. Make a pumpkin smoothie by chilling a 15-ounce can of pumpkin and a 12-ounce can of evaporated milk. Combine the pumpkin and milk with 8 ounces of low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 tsp. pumpkin-pie spice.

Brownie Pan Recommendations?What is the best pan to cook brownies in? I use a small nonstick square 8x8 baking pan by Bakers ($6.99). I buy the small brownie or muffin mix in the pack by Pillsbury. The nonstick surface seem to chip after using them a few times and I have to keep replacing the pan. I don't know if its the pan or the kids not using it properly. Please advise.

Dog Wakes Up and Chases Her Butt?Can someone please tell me what makes my mini schnauzer jump up out of a dead sleep and chase her butt, as if something was sticking her? She has no worms, as I keep up to date on all shots, worming etc. The vet has her on an antibiotic for proctitis and her anal glands have been expressed twice within a 7 day period. This is driving the dog crazy. She spends a lot of time looking at her butt.

Capping Off Wires and Covering With Blank Plate?I have Jacuzzi tub on a 20amp circuit with a GFIC on it, that has a bathroom add-on outlet tied in to the circuit with 14 gage wire. I feel sure this is a code violation. I can not get to the junction box to replace the wire with out tearing our the tile around the tub. What should I do with this outlet? I was thinking of capping off the wires and putting a closed plate over it. Would that be safe?

Re-Installing Clothesline Posts?I want to re-install my clothesline posts. Years ago we cemented PVC sleeves in the lawn to hold the posts. When we removed the posts, the lawn grew over the sleeves.
