Locating the Source of an Odor in an Old HouseI purchased a 1950s home. After buying, I had the insulation updated and a new roof installed. Roughly corresponding to that time, I have noticed an odor. It is present during the summer, worse upstairs (3 level home - smell not in basement, just in one area of main floor, present throughout on top level). How can I identify the source of the odor and eliminate? It has a chemical smell.

Rescued Dog Pooping and Peeing InsideWe rescued a 2 yr old Chihuahua Terrier mix. He is neutered. He had a few accidents the first couple of days, then no accidents for 2 weeks. For the last week he has been pooping at least once a day in the house and today he peed. He has done this in a closet, 2 bathrooms, and the mudroom. Today he suddenly took off down the hall and I quickly followed. Too late, he was already done.

How Long Should I Wait to Re-dye Hair?I am looking to dye my hair two different shades of the same color. I am thinking of first using a Feria ombre kit to lighten the ends (my hair has been colored 2 months ago a light Venetian blond with a Feria box) and then dyeing my whole head with a copper Feria kit. Will that technique work? And how long should I wait between the ombre treatment and dyeing my hair?

Getting Rid of Invisible Biting BugsWe have some invisible biting bugs in our home and pickup truck. I don't know what they are because I can't see them. They tend to feel heavy and get on my arms near my wrist. Hot showers give relief from them. We have sprayed all kinds of stuff and vacuumed and blown compressed air, but they're still here. We have been fighting it for months.
