A sweet coconut twist on the ever popular lemon squares.
Why the silly name? I put this together with leftovers and pantry items for dinner. My 6 year old asked me if I followed a new recipe or I made this one up. When I told her it was my own, she quickly responded; "Congratulations, it's very good!" I just thought that was too cute.
Fall will soon be here and so will the fall apples. There are so many ways to prepare them but one of my favorites is fried apples. I never was good at frying them until I ran across this recipe on the internet. I made a few changes and just want to share the recipe.
