slices of apples frying in a skilletFall will soon be here and so will the fall apples. There are so many ways to prepare them but one of my favorites is fried apples. I never was good at frying them until I ran across this recipe on the internet. I made a few changes and just want to share the recipe.

Total Time: approximately 30 minutes

Yield: 3-4 depending on how much willpower you have.

Steps:

  1. Melt butter in medium heavy skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add apples; cover and cook for 6-10 minutes, or until apples are juicy.
