A Harvest of Friends or A Harvest of Helping Hands. Your theme would be based on bringing the community together to do some good and have fun too! You could do some fun projects that focus on fund raising for a local charity. Like a home made pie auction, or a chili cook off. Maybe a scarecrow building contest for the kids? In our 4-H group we did a contest that used gourds, squashes and pumpkins, we used veges to decorate them up to look like people. Mine had bell pepper ears, olive and hard boiled egg eyes, and tomato lips, with a wig on top! lol. It got second place!
