When I use deodorant spray, I don't have any BO and sweat much much less. But I don't like using deodorant spray.

While my son was in boot camp the boys were expected to be acne free. My son says that they used Aqua Velva after shave and two other things. They put it into a large jar and soaked cotton balls in the mixture. Each night the boys took a cotton ball from the jar and washed their face. No more acne!

It takes my breath away thinking about how much money we can spend at beauty salons. I stopped going to get my hair dyed years ago. Now I simply buy my own at my local grocery store. I spend a fraction of the amount I used to.

I quit buying the nail and foot brush to use in the shower. I started using my old denture brush. I get a new one every few months. It works better in the shower having two sides to scrub nails and feet.

I am 13 about to be 14. I want to ask my mom to let me shave, but I always back out. I'm a shy girl so I get really nervous. When we go to a party or anything else I always wear jeans. I'm always afraid of wearing shorts in summer, because I'm afraid of people talking about my legs.

To relieve acid reflux at night, use adjustable bed risers at head of bed only and elevate accordingly. This beats having to pay for expensive wedge pillows that do not always help many GERD sufferers who find them uncomfortable or buying that special adjustable metal bed frame and you don't have to replace the present mattress or box springs. I paid $15.00 on amazon.com for the sturdy three adjustment bed risers and when you buy $35.00 worth of items, you get free shipping. Most importantly, the bed risers really help to put the whole head of bed at same height and your spouse is benefiting from it too.
Cellulite is one of the major signs of a lacking of potassium in the body. Raisins can help banish cellulite. Healthy adrenal glands need much more potassium than most of us will consume in a normal day. If you need potassium, eat raisins.

I have had blonde hair for the last 50 years. I have medium to dark blonde hair and I am just tired of touch ups every 4 or 5 weeks. If I use a semi permanent red before I use a permanent light brown or dark blonde will the color fade or should I use permanent light red first to avoid fading?
I had my remaining upper teeth removed almost 4 weeks ago and received an immediate denture. I did go in for some adjustments twice in the interim and they really helped. This is going to seem very petty, but here goes. My roots could really use a touch up, but I have poison ivy going on 2 weeks now. Since it is an immune system response, would it be safe to color my hair or might I enter the ninth circle of hell?

This is my very first time doing this at home. I normally go to a salon, but just figured I would save some money. My question is, when you do your own nails at home, do you have to use the dehydrating liquid and do you have to use the nail primer? Those are the only two things I didn't buy.

I am going to be 15 this May. My legs are so hairy that I feel so embarassed when I wear shorts and all. I really want to shave. But the problem that arises is that my mother doesn't shave. I got my hair permed about a year and a half ago or more, it turned out great, and was very healthy. I just had my hair permed a few days ago. I have wavy hair and it keeps on getting fluffy and frizzy so I decided to perm it. After 24 hours, I will be washing it already. I'm just afraid that it might not turn out to be the way I like it.

I'm 54 years old and box color my hair about every six weeks. I went to a salon and told them I wanted a spiral perm. My hair was down to the middle of my back at that time. I wanted my hair to be blonde on top and black underneath. The blonde I picked didn't take. So I waited a month to redo it. Now I have black underneath my hair, bleached blonde in the circle of the top of my head and the rest didn't take the same so it was like orangish, with a strip of light brown.
