Ethanoic Acid as Fabric Softener

I found that vinegar 'softens' fabrics as well as any commercial fabric softener I've ever used. So now, I use vinegar, instead. Right? In a word, No! Snapper SR 110 Won't Start

2002 Yardman Mower Keeps Stalling

If I put it on a different cycle it will work or if I put it on the drain and spin cycle it will work. It doesn't always work if I change cycles. Tiny Black Bugs

Kitchen Paint Color Advice

I have off white counter tops and the same color floor, but I have a lot of apple decorations which are red and green. Then I also have some blue and green vases along the tops of my cabinets. I have the walls that are split in half, top and bottom halves. So what colors should I paint?

Growing Fountain Grass

We have a beautiful ornamental fountain grass that my husband trimmed too short, at the mulch level. The grass came back this spring, but it's only growing around last year's dead growth leaving an ugly brown center. Can we do anything to save it? If yes, what is the best option and timing?
