Our church will be having a Safari themed picnic. Any ideas for games of all ages, food, decorations, etc would be appreciated. We had a hillbilly one and it was great!

A Safari picnic is a great idea for kids of all ages! Have lots of safari hats and a scavenger hunt. Serve baked potato "eggs" and green koolaid "swamp juice."

You could make an animal-shaped cake (like a crocodile, lion's head, etc) and decorate it with sharp teeth cut from marshmallows.

Our church did an "Indiana Jones" type theme for vbs this year. We used safari hats, tents, boats, animal prints for table coverings, stuffed animals; fishing items, etc. It was fun and the adults and kids enjoyed it tremendously. We had a family vbs at our church this year!
