Materials

  • 2 glass bottles such as beer or soda, no plastic
  • black spray paint
  • acrylic paint
  • ribbon
  • candles

Directions

Spray paint bottles, you may need 2 coats, let dry completely. Paint on your halloween picture, paint anything you want, let dry. Tie ribbon on, put candles in.

It's that simple!
