Assembly Instructions for Lee Wards Quilting Frame #75-96

I have a quilting frame CAT#75-96 from Lee Wards. My grandma, who has since passed gave it to me and I can't figure out how to put it together. If anyone has a picture or instructions, I would be so grateful, to have a copy or picture of this. I just hope it is all there. Thank you for your time, Lawanna.
