This is true. I have done this with very overdone brownies. They were so hard, I couldn't cut them. I put a couple of pieces of bread. or it may have been a potato roll, into the pan and put the whole thing in a Zip-Loc Bag and it took a day or two, but the brownies became perfectly soft. They were delicious! It is amazing! Thumbs up for sharing!
