If the table is not too big you might get away with using a shower curtain. These days they come in all kinds of themes. Try local home stores and if all else fails you could make one using those plastic runners from the hardware store. They come in wide widths and can be cut to any length. You may be able to get a solid white one and add the musical notes using rubber stamps or stencils. Just a thought...
