Good ideas but when there's no one in the house to put it on your back you're at a disadvantage. Don't know about yall but I can't reach that far down my back.
Take the flat backside of a wooden backscratcher and apply it with hydrocortisone cream, or with the essential oils and witchhazel recipe. Slide it up and down your back.
