Is the e-book 'acnefreein3days' safe to download? Has anyone tried the program in India? What were the results? And what about the product Roopamrit? Is is effective?

My son had terrible acne when he was a teenager and someone gave me the advice to use Vitamin A, and Zinc tablets.
Go to your doctor or health food store and ask for the maximum amount of each you can take. Take that amount for @4 weeks and you will notice your acne clearing up. Once your acne has cleared you continue taking the vitamins but in a regular daily dosage.

I have never heard of the product you've mentioned. But in our country there is a product called benzol peroxide. It is like magic for large pustules. It dries them up in hours. There are many facial washes on the market that contain this chemical. But I would use them in combination with a cream of benzol peroxide. Be careful. It bleaches your clothing. In our country we use antibiotics for acne. It is called tetracycline.

Good luck

Heard of it and know people who have tried it. It neither removes blemishes acne etc as the ad shows nor does it make you fairer. Up to you to try. You can clearly make out that the people doing the ad have some sort of dark foundation and some spots put up on their face.

My sister was having dark spots. One of her friend suggested to use Roopamrit face gel. She has been using it since 9 months and there is really significant improvement.
