I saw some angel christmas ornaments that had cloth wings. They came in different sizes. I would like to make some other angel items and would like to use these cloth wings for them. I asked the women if she would tell me where she got them and she wouldn't tell me. I am sure they come from some kind of craft supply catalog but I have been unable to find them. If anyone knows where I can purchase these wings I would be forever grateful. Thanks in advance for any help.

Cut a piece of freezer paper slightly larger than a piece of printer paper - iron to a piece of fabric, trim down to copy paper size (prevents stray fabric from messing up your printer) - find a picture of angel wings you like and print off. These are not colorfast, but can be backed and quilted. You can also print off onto the heavier sew in interfacing (pellon?)
Search for angel wings in clip art - plenty of free sites on the web.

I use shoulder pads for angel wings. They can be trimmed with lace, ribbons, paints, covered with fabric, whatever your imagination likes.

I have made Angels with cloth wings. I have used the lace collars that can be added to sweaters. They sometimes come in a Battenburg design.

If you find wings in pictures, like butterflies, you can trace them on to non woven fabric and embellish.

go to the local crafts store. or even your local dollar store and look there. they are most likely in the doll section of the store. the sewing/fabric store is usually a little more expensive..but as a last resort... better yet,,,call them as long as you can explain what your looking for in detail.

Have you considered making the wings from canvas paper or felt? should be easy to cut out and hot glue onto the project. Also I have made angel wings from wired ribbon loops. Hope this helps good luck 3rd idea they sell packages of feathers and I have cut them to size and glued on angel wings that way
