Craft: Turkey Napkin Holder
Craft: Turkey Napkin Holder
Turkey place holder or napkin holder for kids.

Approximate Time 30 minutes

Supplies:

  • paper or foam
  • paper towel tube
  • yellow felt or foam
  • red felt or foam
  • 2 wiggle eyes
  • small foam cube
  • markers/crayons
  • glue

Instructions:

Take paper towel tube and cut off a 4 inch piece and then cut another 2 1/2 inch piece. Using marker, I painted the body on the tubes. You can use felt to cover or paint. Marker was all I had. Glue the smaller tube horizontal on top of the larger one. Take paper and trace out hands. Fill in with whatever colors or style you like. Cut out traced hand prints and glue together, then glue to back of tube. If you use foam, you don't have to color but they will be all same color. Next take wiggle eyes and glue to front part, cut out of yellow felt or foam nose and feet and adhere with glue. Cut the wattle from red felt and attach to nose. Lastly you can use small foam cube of cork or clay and attached to back of turkey so it can stand up. All you have to do is slip a napkin through bottom tube and there you have it a turkey napkin holder for the kids table.
