Buffalo Tuna WrapsI am sure you know by now that I love hot and spicy. I had some albacore tuna that had an expiration date that needed to be used up. I was going to make a tuna sandwich, but just was in the mood for spicy so, "Why not Buffalo Tuna?"

Banana Bread Sticks Babies love these! Combine ingredients and stir only until smooth. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour or until firmly set.

Baked Rice PuddingWash rice. Add other ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees F about 2 hours or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally, folding in brown layer which forms on top.

Tenderizing Pork RoastTo tenderize a pork loin or pork butt, put 1 gallon cold water , 1 can of regular Pepsi, Coke, or any dark soda, and 1/2 cup table salt in a large enough container to hold the meat. Add garlic and your seasonings. Put the pork into the mixture and marinate overnight.

Use Drawer Liner For Soap In ShowerTo keep the shower soap bar from slipping off its designated place in the shower, I cut a bar-sized triangle of rubber waffle drawer liner. It allows the soap to drain, but keeps it in place. When it wears out I cut a new one.
