Zucchini PancakesBeat egg well. Mix flour, salt and sugar together, sift over the zucchini and fold into the egg. Drop from tablespoon onto greased griddle, flatten with back of spoon and cook until done through, turning to brown second side.

Cheery Cherry PunchIt is a tasty festive drink for parties and kids love it too. Mix ginger ale and cherry juice in pitcher or punch bowl. Chill 12 hours. Add cherries, ice, and scoops of sherbet right at serving. Simple and delicious!

Impossible Bacon PieHeat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease large 10 inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate. Beat the remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with a hand beater.

Butter Pecan Banana Bread Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 (9 inch) loaf pans. Beat cake mix, bananas, buttermilk, oil, and eggs in a large bowl on medium speed about 2 minutes; stir in the chopped nuts. Pour into pans.

Teriyaki SauceMake your own teriyaki sauce by mixing together 5 oz. soy sauce, 2 oz. sesame oil, 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1 tablespoon molasses. Put into a bowl and serve on your favorite food.
