This takes a long time to bake but the slow roasting and seasonings makes for a flavorful, tender and juicy fall off the bone chicken. Be sure to serve with mashers dressed with some of the gravy!

Black Bean Casserole with Cornbread ToppingThis is easy, healthy, cheap, and tasty! In a large saucepan, fry the onion in a little oil till translucent. Add beans and salsa and cook for another minute or two. In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients.
