Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, pureed
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh, chopped basil
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Lightly whip cream, add all other ingredients.
