  • choice of toppings (chorizo, manchego, olives)

Directions:

Mix mayonnaise with capers, fennel seeds, salt, and pepper. Spread on rounds of potatoes and add your choice of toppings, such as chorizo, manchego, and olives. Skewer with toothpicks.
