Why don't you have her pick a few friends you can invite to go with you to a movie, or invite to a restaurant (or your house) for a meal?
U should should probably is she is anything like me rent out a limo It is fun and a good time for her and her friends to just talk and if she wants to really do something that she's not maneging to tell you where she wants to go I am sure the limo will do the talking for u
