12th Birthday Party Ideas?

Is there a place with trampolines or a roller skating rink that you could take the kids to? Is it affordable? (I don't know what the customs in your area are, but I usually paid entrance fees for my party guests, but I also have sent money to pay for the event when it was some especially expensive outing, such as a day skiing or paint balling.) If so, go with what you daughter wants, and then do a lunch, cake and presents, and call it a party. I used to take my son and his guests to the pool for a couple of hours, then home for a hot dog roast, cake and present opening.

If these ideas are too expensive, you could go to a park and have a soccer game or softball game, play badminton or volleyball, or run a scavenger hunt for natural things you might find in the park or wooded area. Your daughter seems to want an active party. I would certainly encourage that.
