Identifying Tiny Bugs

I keep finding these tiny bugs that are about a centimeter or less. They are teardrop shaped and long. They run around as if they are confused. Kinda running around in circles, really fast. They move forward with what I'm assuming is the head which is the wide part of the bug and the skinnier end being the tail. Does anybody know what they are?
