My daughter is going to be 12. Her grandmother is letting us use her pool. I would like to know what kind of games can we play, in addition to swimming all day. I don't think there will be any boys, just uncles and dads. Can you help me? Thank you.

Get some diving pool toys. If the girls are swimmers they will enjoy diving for prizes. Play "marco" "polo" .
There are also floating baskets for basketball. Get some floating loungers. They girls really don't need much to get them playing. Beach balls are great too.

Oodles of Noodles! Get a bunch of noodles, when they're on sale, and give each girl two to play with and as party favors. The can link up and float around the pool with some connectors, something 12 year old girls love, linking up, right? Think of games to play that use the floats, like creating sculptures, Noodle toss (to see who can toss one the farthest) and that sort of thing. Take everyday games and replace items with the noodles, like a relay, or pin the something on the noodle. Decorate with them, whatever you can think of; KISMIF: Keep it Simple; Make it Fun! They'll never think of a wet noodle as a boring thing again! Happy Birthday to your gal!
