Directions
Mix starch with enough cold water to make a smooth paste. Add boiling water and cook until glossy. Stir in dry soap flakes while mixture is warm; cool. Add glycerin. Keeps in airtight container for 1 week.

Thanks for the recipe. Do you mean laundry detergent flakes or grated bar soap flakes?
